If you are struggling with Patient Handling training and looking to develop staff and improve your already high standards, whilst saving money on the use of expensive external training providers then the team at TPG are now able to offer you a fantastic alternative.
We have teamed up with Britton Price Training (National Centre For Learning) to launch the New TPG Training Academy. Using our team of trainers we can now offer you a full Train the Trainer Qualification which gives you internal staff who can then cascade this training to new staff, existing staff requiring an annual update or volunteers. This Qualification also covers load handling so all of your staff can be trained by the in house trainer regardless of their role.

This Qualification offers the highest levels of compliance and removes the need for relying on external providers to make numerous visits to keep up with new team members and refreshers and can lead to significant cost savings moving forward.

Course Inclusions
ROSPA Qualifications accredited and OFQUAL regulated Level 3 People Handling and Risk Assessment Train the Trainer course (2 days) – giving you the ability to bring all of your People Handling training in- house and removing the need for outside agencies to visit your premises.
Trainers receive access to an incredible on line training portal which includes numerous refresher (how to) video’s, safe systems of work, legislation and guidance, and all of the training materials you need to deliver internal training including workbooks and presentations.
Training takes place in our dedicated training room in Hereford that has been re-designed to make you and the area Covid secure.
You also have the option to issue Level 2 qualifications to all staff who are then trained internally (optional)
