Apprentice of the Year

TPG DisableAids are very pleased to announce that one of their apprentices, Connor Collett has been selected as Engineering Apprentice of the Year. Connor has just completed his 3 year apprenticeship at Hereford College of Technology. During Connor’s training, the assessor Neil Blunt noted that “Connor was so good at installing the stairlifts, the only evidence that he had been was a tidy, quality, thorough installation of a stairlift.”

We are obviously very proud that Connor’s talents and positive outlook have been recognised in this way, but we already knew he was an outstanding apprentice. He’s demonstrated a real can do attitude. Connor has excelled at TPG DisableAids and is well respected by the team as a competent, friendly and helpful engineer. His competence at service, repair and installation of many different quality products in our range including power chairs, scooters and stair lifts such as Stannah, Thyssen, Meditec etc.

This was a great endorsement of TPG DisableAids apprenticeship programme, of which Connor was the first student to be trained.
